Pakistan squad update for T20 World Cup, Ireland and England series

Pakistan team will play three T20Is against Ireland and four against England away from home. - ICC
LAHORE: Pakistan squad for the upcoming T20I assignments against Ireland and England, along with the World Cup later this year, will be announced after the ongoing series against New Zealand.
According to sources, 17-18 members will be named in the squad for the upcoming matches.
The deadline for squad submission for T20 World Cup is May 1 but changes can be made till 25th of next month. After that, approval from the International Cricket Council (ICC) will be needed for any changes in the squad.
Before the series against Ireland, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is also likely to hold a brief camp for the national side.
Pakistan team will play three T20Is against Ireland and four against England away from home.
Pakistan squad will depart for the United States, ahead of the T20 World Cup, from England.
The coaching staff for Pakistan men’s team will also be announced after the conclusion of the series against New Zealand.
Former South African batter Gary Kirsten and ex-Australian pacer Jason Gillespie have been finalised by the PCB for the role of white-ball and red-ball head coach, respectively, for the national men’s side, Geo News reported earlier this month.
